ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS

     1.01 Declaration  As used herein, "Declaration" means the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for South. Hills Pod 4, as recorded in the Official Records of Salt Lake County, Utah on _______ , 2018, as Entry No. _____ , and as may be further amended from time to time. The Declaration is that same Declaration referenced in the Articles of Incorporation of South Hills Pod 4, Owners Association, Inc. The development consists of detached single family home building pads and dwellings on separate parcels, separately numbered and individually described in one or more plat(s), duly approved and recorded in the Office of the Salt Lake County Recorder from time to time.

     1.02 Other Definitions  Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Declaration.
