One of the main purposes behind amending these CC&Rs is to delete references to the Declarant (Richmond American Homes).  They appear over 90 times in our governing documents.

Another is to delete any section (or portion thereof) that may be in violation of state or federal law.

Another is to add wording the State of Utah tells us we must add.
